Jennifer (Boutell) Skura is a writer and actor.

Jennifer Skura is an American-born theatre artist who has studied writing, directing, and acting with Joseph Chaikin, Nancy Gabor, and Cusi Cram. She received her BFA in Theatre from Sam Houston State University and has performed on stage and screen for many years. Jennifer's writing has recently been presented at Half Moon Theatre, Tangent Arts, NEWvember, Dixon Place, Avalon Studios NYC, Dialogue with Three Chords (D3C), Culture Project's IMPACT Festival, and Barefoot Theatre Company. Her plays include A LOOSE CAT (Dixon Place), SWEET CITRUS (92Y), AMARILLO and JOSEPH AND MRS. M (BRIC Arts), PIRATE (AboutFACE & Tangent, Dixon Place, Barefoot), STARR adapted from Barry Gifford’s “American Falls” (Open Channel Creations, Monk Parrots, Roger Smith Hotel), OFF A BRIDGE (Dixon Place), THREE DAY HARBOR (HMT), Failure to thrive., and A MAD WOMAN’S BREAKFAST (D3C).
